Privacy Policy
Effective Date: February 28, 2026
Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Campbells Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile applications we publish on the Google Play Store (collectively, the “Apps”). Our Apps consist of gag apps and simple utilities. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or process any personal information from users of our Apps. Specifically:
We do not require you to create an account, provide a username, or set a password.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact information.
We do not collect payment, banking, or credit card information.
We do not collect location data, photos, contacts, or any data from your device’s sensors or storage.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies within our Apps.
Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)
Our Apps display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob is a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC. In order to serve relevant ads, AdMob may collect certain information from your device, including:
Device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID)
IP address
General device information (device model, operating system version, etc.)
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google’s own privacy policy. We do not have access to, nor do we store, any of the data collected by AdMob. For more information on how Google uses data from apps that use its services, please visit:

Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Because we do not collect any personal information whatsoever, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has somehow provided personal information through one of our Apps, please contact us at support@campbellsapps.io and we will investigate promptly.
Note that Google AdMob may have its own policies regarding the serving of ads to children. We configure our ad requests in accordance with applicable regulations, but we encourage parents and guardians to review Google’s policies for additional information.
Your Rights Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation or equivalent legislation. Because Campbells Apps does not directly collect, store, or process any personal data, we do not act as a data controller for any personal information.
However, Google AdMob, as a third-party advertising provider embedded in our Apps, may process personal data (such as device identifiers and IP addresses) as a data controller or processor under its own terms. The legal basis for this processing is typically consent, which may be obtained through a consent dialog presented within the App.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
Access any personal data processed about you
Request rectification or erasure of your personal data
Object to or restrict the processing of your personal data
Data portability
Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
Because we do not hold any personal data, requests related to data we control will confirm that no data is held. For data processed by Google AdMob, please refer to Google’s privacy tools and settings, including your device’s ad personalization settings and Google’s account management page.
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Your Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act). Because Campbells Apps does not collect personal information as defined under the CCPA, many of these provisions do not apply to us directly. However, we provide the following disclosures for transparency:
Categories of personal information collected: None, by Campbells Apps directly.
Sale or sharing of personal information: Campbells Apps does not sell or share your personal information.
Right to know and access: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected. As stated, we collect none.
Right to delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected. As we collect none, there is nothing to delete.
Right to opt-out of sale/sharing: As we do not sell or share personal information, this right does not apply to our direct practices.
Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
Google AdMob may collect device identifiers that could constitute personal information under the CCPA. Google provides mechanisms for California residents to exercise their privacy rights with respect to data Google processes. You may manage your ad preferences through your device settings or visit Google’s privacy tools for more information.
To submit a verifiable consumer request or ask a question about your California privacy rights, please contact us at support@campbellsapps.io.
California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) Compliance
In accordance with CalOPPA, we make the following disclosures:
Personally identifiable information: Campbells Apps does not collect personally identifiable information from users through its Apps.
Do Not Track signals: Our Apps do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, as our Apps do not track users. However, third-party services such as Google AdMob may respond to such signals in accordance with their own policies.
Third-party tracking: Google AdMob, as described in this policy, may track users across apps and websites for advertising purposes. Users can manage ad personalization through their device settings.
Policy changes: If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Data Security
Because we do not collect or store any user data, there is no user data within our systems to secure. Nonetheless, we take reasonable measures to ensure that our Apps function as intended and do not expose your device to unnecessary risk. Any data collected by third-party services such as Google AdMob is secured according to those services’ own security practices.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, in third-party services we use, or in applicable laws. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle information.
